What type of rock wool insulation materials do we have?
Megaboard Rockwool Sheathing Board
These are rock wool boards which require compressing resistance at high levels, can resist to the impact load and can be produced as bare pursuant to TSI 13500. They are produced in parallel with plastered external wall insulation systems for heat, sound and fire insulation.
Application Areas: Thanks to its high compression strength, used at locations under load which can be plastered and which require heat, sound, impact and fire insulation
Megaboard Rockwool Exterior Board
These are rock wool boards which do not require compressing resistance but can stand vertically. They can be used for any technical application that requires heat, sound, fire and acoustic insulation. Can be produced as bare or covered in aluminium foil, yellow fiber glass or black fiber glass. Used for heat, sound and fire insulation in the curtain wall systems of all kinds of buildings, behind glass, aluminium, granite and marble claddings to provide heat, sound, fire and acoustic insulation . Used according to the needs as covered with aluminium foil at places where condensation problems may arise or in fiber glass at places where acoustic insulation is required.
Megaboard Rockwool Partition Board
These are rock wool boards which do not require compressing resistance but can stand vertically. Joints of the boards should be covered with adhesive aluminum foil tape.

Megaplus 120 Sheathing Board, which is not based on any density, is a new technology product with plus features in terms of tensile strength class perpendicular to the surfaces - compression strength value.

Megaboard Aluminum Foil Covered Rockwool Board
It is a stonewool plate covered with aluminum foil on one surface. It provides heat, sound and fire insulation in the intermediate partition of granite, aluminum, marble or glass facade cladding. – Provides fire insulation on ventilation surfaces. Thanks to the anchorage equipment, it is applied between the carrier profiles on the facade surfaces. It is mounted on the facade wall by means of pins.
Megaboard Rockwool Prefabricated Pipe
It is used for heat saving and fire insulation purposes and sound vibration insulation in industrial and installation pipes, which are used in aluminum foil covered or uncoated bare condition. Application Areas: Megaboard Stonewool Prefabricated Pipe is selected according to the diameter of the surface to be applied, opened from the cut point and placed in such a way that there are no gaps in the joints.
